PDFSpicer

PDFSpicer is a free tool written in Java for manipulating ("spicing up") PDF documents in a batch mode. It uses the iText Library for accessing the PDF files.

The following features are currently available:

• Add any text (e.g. "CONFIDENTIAL") as a watermark accross each page
• Add a headline to each page of the document
• Split documents in any number of equal parts

This tool is free for download (Windows-Installer / Zipfile) and only needs Java 1.6 installed.
